Our entire workload comes via referrals. Often we’re recommended because of our expertise in a certain field (pun to follow). In this instance, a new build dwelling within the heart of the Cheshire Greenbelt.
We’ve successfully completed many such projects over the years and they all come with their own specific challenges, and this project was no different with our client’s ambitions being for a large, traditional four bedroom, two storey dwelling to replace an existing bungalow.
The challenge is often to be able to provide the client with what they desire within the restrictions of what can be a confining planning policy. In this instance we managed it with a few inches of wiggle room and planning consent was granted with little in the way of drama.
We’re now in the process of appointing a principal contractor and we look forward to seeing this project through to the end.
